2012 has been one of the best years in my life and I'm so grateful with everything I've accomplished, from being part of the Oxygen team as their fashion intern for PHFW Holiday 2012 that was featured in Status magazine July issue, meeting a lot of people that taught me a lot of things that made me a better person now, up to exploring once again the beautiful places here in our country most especially Legaspi city.
So I'm thanking all of the people who made last year very memorable and I'm hoping that this year will be as good as my 2012 or maybe even better.

MEN'S FASHION: DENIM+OMBRE

As promised, here's my first outfit post for Men's fashion with my friend Jay L of TV5, photographed and styled by yours truly ;)
It was for a shoot of TV5's station id, they were asked to wear something smart casual so I chose a denim button down shirt and paired it with ombre pants, I wanted him to look different from his usual boy next door style so I didn't put too much accessories on him and just added a hat to make him look more fun and youthful and let his good looks and outfit speak for itself.
It was actually my first time styling a guy friend and I must say that I had fun doing it. styling my friend Jay L wasn't that hard because of his height and charm that can make any outfit stand out so expect to see more of him here on my blog and more of Men's outfit post so stay tuned :)

NEON AND SPIKES
From a Bazaar Blazer and top | Oxygen necklace | Nava sunnies | Pill studded loafers
This is what I wore on our third day in Legaspi city, we went to different places and did lots of outdoor activities so I decided to wear something comfy yet eye catching. Remember when I said on my previous post that wearing neon colors can instantly make your casual outfits fun and fresh? Well, that's what I did here, I wore a neon blazer over my favorite tunic top and paired it with denim shorts, then I added statement accessories and wore my studded loafers from Pill footwear that added oomph into my look. I love how my neon blazer and studded shoes made this casual look more fun and edgy, It would look so boring without those two right? It's really all about styling your everyday outfits to make it look different and stylish.
What do you guys think about this look? More of neon colored outfits soon so stay tuned ;)

Love is indeed sweeter the second time around, spent another weekend in Bicol last October 21 to 23, to explore once again the beautiful places and delicious food of Legaspi city. It's one of the places here in our country that I can't get enough of. I already went there last year but this year felt like it was my first time all over again. Me and my friends bonded like kids and pigged out like there's no tomorrow. So if you're planning to go out of town with your friends or your family make sure to put Legaspi city on top of your list and I'm sure you guys will have lots of fun like we did. ;)
